I. Introduction

A library is an organized collection of resources made accessible to a defined community for reference or borrowing. It provides physical or digital access to material, and maybe physical building or room, or a virtual space or both. A library collection can include books, periodicals, newspapers, manuscripts, films, maps, prints documents microform, CDs, cassettes, videotapes, etc.
Back in 2600 B.C. the first library consisted of achieves of the earliest form of working the clay tablets in cuneiform scripts discovered in Sumer.
A public library provides resources to the general public and usually makes at least some of its books available for borrowing. Typically, libraries issue library cords to community members wising to borrow books. Many public libraries also serve as community organizations that provide fosse services and events to the public such as reading groups and toddler story time.
There are several libraries out there and only few of them are systemized by the computer. So the researchers acquire San Jose West Central School, the library, to develop into systemized and to be accessible for the users.
So the researchers conducted a research in their facility, and we review their existing reports and we knew that the existing system that they are using is manual.
And now, most of the institute are using the electronic library system to monitor much easier the in and out of the books. The researchers attempt to develop a system that will help the student and teachers to facilitate and access much easier in terms of borrowing and returning books.

1. Statement of Objectives

The main goal of this study is to develop a library system and help the librarian in monitoring books. And to help the school library to simultaneously compete against the other school libraries.
