Own Reflection on Management 101
Name: April Joy D. Escander BSA-2A October 11, 2013
My Reflection Paper “Anthonian Professionals?” I think it is a question that sticks on my mind on the very first day since I enter my Management class. A two simple words yet the most challenging goal which I’ve ever encounter and that comes from our one and only Management teacher, Mrs. Mariecar Baldevia. The question is, can I really be an “Anthonian Professional” someday? Maybe the one who could answer this question is nevertheless me. Yes, it’s true no one but only Me. Management plays a vital role in my day to day life. It could be apply to anything which is related about managing Life it can be from managing time, money, studies and even love life. I really admit that as a second year college student I can’t hardly know how to manage my life especially Time. I know that “Time is Gold” and every minute is worth living for but I think I am not that time conscious individual because I always take for granted the time in which I can possibly work for a thing and finish it. That is why after finishing this course I was very thankful that even in a simple way I’ve already know how to handle myself in managing my Time properly.

I believe that Time Management is really essential in every field because time is the Precious recourse one has to accomplish a task. A very single moment which passed once will never come back to be availed. And if I know that I wasted time it means I am careless about my study because I do not know how to manage time which is ofcourse I’m really aware of that. I also realized now that time is always wasted in insensible way that’s why a student does not feel when he wastes time but realizes in days of exam and it is really practiced in our class which results to low scores and worst Low Grades. Lesson learned: “It is better to utilize the Present Time more effectively than crying over past in the future.” So

This experience allowed me to realize exactly which skills I possess and which I am the best at expressing, teaching me a lot about myself but also about what I would like to improve on.
