Sometimes Kaldereta is not good in our body if we eat always.

- My Friends
Thesis Statement: Why Kaldereta is my Favorite meal.

In most of the time, we crave for food that satisfy our hungry stomach but give us delight and satisfaction after eating, and usually those foods were our favorite and usually cooked by our loved ones. When I was in elementary, I am so curious about the taste of Kaldereta. As a child it is normal to be curious, so I taste it, when I taste it the first word came out to my mouth is “YUMMY”.

The 2nd event is when I was in High school. Every Thursday in our canteen the menu is Chicken Kaldereta, so I always buy it. My classmates are making fun at me. They said “That I am not getting tired of eating Kaldereta”. And I answer back “why should I? It’s my favorite”. The 3rd event is when my father tries to cook kaldereta. I am so excited because if my father can make it I can eat whenever I want. The first try is not good because it is too spicy. Then I told him to lessen the amount of chili. After a week my father tries again to cook and the taste of it was so delicious and good.

I can’t describe the feeling when I’m eating kaldereta especially when I’m really hungry. I feel that I in heaven and the sauce touch my tongue and the meat of the chicken that slowly melts in my mouth. I can easily finish a dozen serving of rice. Oh how I love kaldereta and now I can’t wait to eat

Although the overall message that American’s are “machines” is clearly stated to the reader, Kurt Vonnegut also includes many hidden themes throughout the text. These include race, class, gender, overpopulation as well as others. The narrator makes it clear to distinguish each new characters race in the novel. Throughout the text, it becomes clear that Vonnegut makes a clear distinction between whites and blacks. The reader starts to question whether or not the narrator is in fact racist. On numerous occasions, the black population are stereotyped and on occasion referred to as “reindeers” or animals. Both the Lesabre couple and the narrator make these direct connections, as they are displeased that they keep reproducing more and more blacks. The racial term “nigger” is thrown around like some of the most common words in our English language. The racism also extends to Vonnegut’s main point that American’s are machines. Blacks are even more like machines because this is how whites have always viewed them aging all the way back to slavery. Vonnegut also includes the story of Dwayne’s stepfather, which tells about the racist town of Sheperdstown. Signs in the city included, “Nigger! This is Shepherdstown. God Help you if the sun ever sets on you here” (245)! Distinctions and emphasis on race are present all throughout the text that often flirts with racism with the narrator.…

In Kurt Vonnegut's Breakfast of Champions, the narrator believes Americans are doing the best to live "like the characters in story books" (pg. 49). He believes that the problems our planet faces are a direct result of our individual desires to attain our story book perfect lives. Through this "colorful" and outrageous story of two white men, Kilgore Trout and Dwayne Hoover, Vonnegut twists in some of his concerns and criticisms of the typical American life with humor and sarcasm. His criterion is so insightful and ahead of his time that I could not believe it was published in 1973.…

These days many people know kimchi is one of the healthist food in the world. We could find kimchi most of supermarkets around the world. Although people know it, still many people do not know how to serve kimchi well. So, I would like to introduce the best way to serve kimchi as Koreans do. Firstly, the typical way to serve kimchi is with steamed rice, rameyon and BBQ meats. Kimchi is the essential side dish when Korean have meal. It is even compared sambal to Malaysians. Also serve with cool kimchi. That's why Koreans always keep kimchi in refrigerator. Now, whenever you eat something as meal, you may serve Kimchi. They will match perfectly. Secondly, kimchi fried rice(Bokkeumbap) is another common food when Koreans serve kimchi. Specially it is a great way to cook this when you have leftover rice and ripe kimchi. Just add finely chopped Kimchi to the usual your fried rice ingredients. I recommend kimchibokkeumbap to those who never tried to eat kimchi because of kimchi smell. Thirdly, we could serve kimchi stew(Kimchijjigae) is also one of common stew which Koreans like. We use more fermented and ripe Kimchi when we cook this. Sliced kimchi and other ingredients on personal preferences like sausage, tofu and sliced spring onions put into a pot and all boil with water. It accompanied by several side dishes with streamed rice and served boiling hot in a stone pot. Once you try this, you will never forget this flavor. The last one, we could serve kimchi pancake(Kimchijeon). The main ingredients are ripe Kimchi and flour. The way of cooking is almost same when you cook egg omelette. It is usually served as an appetizer, snack or side dish. Kimchijeon is a folk dish that anyone could make easily at home in Korea without extra budget. I suggest to serve kimchijeon when your mood is not good. Your mood will change soon after eating this. I introduced the best way to serve kimchi. Kimchi itself, kimchi…

Modern methods of food production have altered radically from processes used in the past. Many food producing companies have invented their own improved techniques of cooking. Most of these procedures contain numerous different forms of chemical additives and one of the newest chemical substances that will enhance food flavor is monosodium glutamate (MSG). Even though it has no taste of its own, it intensifies considerably the taste of a wide variety of food as well as revealing flavors that could be hidden. While there are numerous reports of its dramatic effects, rigorous experimental evidence of its impact on measured preference is lacking. Moreover, James and Kantrowitz (1952, pp. 573-579) emphasize that MSG can cause definite changes in…

She could always make new flavors to surprise me. I was extremely curious that why she could make so many flavors, and I asked her.
