Lionel Messi Research Paper
Best Athlete In my opinion of which best athlete should go to, it would definitely go to FC Barcelona’s Lionel Messi. First of all, the superstar soccer player has done so much in his career and broke so many records. Likewise, he has amazing skills on the pitch and hardly ever misses the back of the net. Lionel has scored 500 goals for both his club team and International team, with 300 of the goals going to his club alone. As a result, Messi has exceeded the point of what an athlete is people would say he is from a different planet. On top of that, Messi has helped his club win all 5 championships in one year, from La Liga BBVA, to Champions League, making FC Barcelona the only team to do so. There is no uncertainty that Lionel Messi is …show more content…
One example that stands out is New York. Although I was never born there, it will be a memory that will never leave. New York is the most amazing place in the world, especially during the winter. Adding to that, the skyscrapers make the city look beautiful every day of the year. New York has astonishing places to visit with the most incredible restaurants of all time. I would go with the family from time to time to visit family and friends. New York during the holidays is the most elegant places in the world. In short, New York is and always will be a memory I would never …show more content…
I am not a professional but I know a few tricks that I can teach a friend who wants to learn. The best place to start is balance, figuring one uses his feet to play, you have to maintain ball control without slipping up and falling. In addition, how one kicks the ball, you never toe kick the ball or it will end up flying over the goal post. One would have to kick the ball with the side of their foot to focus on ball curve, height, and control of where you want it to go. Lastly, your stamina needs to be on point since you would play for an enormous amount of minutes. Clearly, there is more to the sport, but if you practice these points, one could possibly be a great soccer

When I was a little girl I use to always go to the park and while swinging I would imagine how much cooler it would be to live in a big city with lots of people and many things to see and experience. I never would have thought that at my age I would be sitting and relishing all the amazing times I had in my small home town. The family traditions, slow living and many childhood memories hold my heart in my hometown of Norfolk Nebraska. The boldly colored green grass, light brown cat tails lining the lake shore and fishing poles hanging off a dock all are vivid in my mind when thinking about the weekends I experienced in my adolescence.…

When most people think about a significant experience as something like; studying abroad, taking vacations, or meeting new people. Now while I have met many types of people and traveled quite a bit, none of these experiences have been nearly as significant to me as my childhood. I lived in a small, falling apart, purple house in the heart of Bessemer that was perfect because it is all we could afford. This house and neighborhood forced me to be resourceful and it taught me that nothing in my life is going to come without hard work. Those lessons crafted me into the industrious, diligent, and determined person that I am today.…

First off I want to give you a general idea of the rules and regulations. Professional soccer is played with 11 players from each team on the field at once, including a goalie. There are no time outs and no commercial breaks during a game. The duration of a game is 90 minutes, with 45 minute halves, and a 15 minute halftime. In addition, although this applies to every soccer player, professional or amateur you must not touch the ball with your hands, from your fingertips, all the way up to your shoulders. And you must wear cleats and shin guards while you’re playing. These are some essential guidelines of soccer but there are many more.…
