Field Training Violations
During the field exercises, please be sure to be respectful of the facility and their personnel. They have graciously agreed to allow us to use their sites for our training. We have explained to them that this is a inspection training, but that we cannot ignore any significant violations. We should not be discussing what is and is not a violation on-site, however. Making observations and suggestions and having a dialogue while on-site is fine (and encouraged), but this should be done respectfully and in a non-confrontational manner.
