Definition Of Boyfriend Essay
Most people define boyfriends as a regular male companion with whom one has a romantic or sexual relationship. Most people define boyfriend as someone whom takes them on dates and gives them goodnight kisses. Some people even define boyfriend as a male they frequently see. I, on the other hand, think that boyfriend has a completely and totally different meaning. A boyfriend is someone who makes you feel like he can give you the stars. A boyfriend is someone you believe only sees you. Its a boy who gives you the butterflies in the stomach feelings even though there obviously isn’t any. A boyfriend is someone you would do anything for and someone you believe would do anything for you. Its someone who can make you feel beautiful. Someone you get that surge of electricity with. A boyfriend is someone who holds your hair back for you if you’re sick and is there if you ever need anything. …show more content…
Someone who defends your honor and can be serious about the important things. A boyfriend is also someone who you can act goofy with and be yourself around. People define boyfriend as a male companion among other things. I honestly think there’s more to it than just that and people can’t begin to feel this way until they find the perfect boyfriend for them. Someone who will point to you and say, "that's my girlfriend." The one who calls you up no matter how late or how busy just to say hi and hear your voice. The “male” who can't think of anything but you and tells all his friends about you. The one that makes time for you no matter the circumstances.
A boyfriend is someone who makes your life seem like it’s worth living because you know you’re not alone. It’s someone who makes you feel loved and protects you. A boyfriend is also someone you can define as the light of your life, the one who makes your heart skip a beat, the sun in your day and the stars in your

Almost everyone has one and almost everyone is one. For me, I personally do not have a best friend. I stay to myself a lot and I’m not open about everything, it’s also hard to gain a new best friend if all of your old friends went off to college. A best friend is someone who is very generous, they’re there to lend you money when you run out, be your shoulder to cry on, and go out of their way if they really care about you. A best friend can be someone whom you’ve known since childhood but can also be someone that you’ve just met, and you both just click.…
