In conclusion to this nutrition project only one of my goals was achieved. The goal of discovering more about Concordia’s food was achieved greatly. However, the goal of maintaining my weight was not achieved. The goal of learning more about Concordia’s food was achieved due to the fact that every time I went to order or serve myself food I read the nutrition facts. I became more aware of what I was eating and my portion sizing. Another discovery made when eating at Concordia is that the food they serve is not completely healthy nor is it available for everyone to eat.
