Parents and children sometimes find it hard to communicate with each other because they want different things. This holds true in the book Romeo and Juliet. Romeo and Juliet fell in love at first sight. The next day without asking their parents permission they get married. Romeo and Juliet did not ask their parent first because the Capulets and Montagues are enemies, knowing this already knew their parents wouldn't approve. The Capulets wanted Juliet to marry Paris a wealthy kinsman to the Prince. After her parents told her this she found it very hard to say yes since she had already married Romeo not telling her parents.This shows how parents and children sometimes find it hard to communicate with each other because they want different things.
