What Are Your Aims for Your Future Career Development?
Inspite of having a very rewarding time in my career, I still feel that there a lot of things which I should instill in me. To satisfy my desire for success, I believe I should be a complete package and for which, I should continue my quest for knowledge. After gaining a substantial experience in business world, to leverage on this strong foundation to pursue an MBA is the next logical step.

I am very excited to learn the diverse facets of management and their interdependencies to operate as ONE functional unit. My short term goal shall be to seek a job in the healthcare industry as a much polished manager. Three to five years after earning an MBA, I would expect to establish my own business venture. In the short-term, however, I may explore exciting business ideas and examine ways to build a sustainable business. I also believe that management education can help me develop other vital skills essential to my standing as a professional. For example, I will benefit from the opportunity to further polish my approach of looking at business and hone my skills in decision making as a future entrepreneur. Also, I have had limited experience working outside India, and I feel that an international education will equip me with the skills necessary to deal with foreign suppliers and customers.

In addition to this, I shall also get to explore more avenues by an access to the most prestigious alumni. Strathclyde MBA being the pioneering one in UK, I am very confident that my investment of time, energy, and money will be well

After Graduate School, I hope to have my PhD in psychology or my doctorate in psychiatry. I would like to start out working in jails, talking to criminals and analyzing their brains versus the brain of an average adult to study how the brain reacts with criminal activity and why they do and feel what they do. I have heard that a person can not do that type of work for very long because it is emotionally tasking so after that, I would like to open my own counseling practice up. I would do either marriage and family therapy or focus on teenage depression. Eventually, I would like to retire into school psychology or become a psychology teacher. Also, if I ever have enough money, I will buy a house devoted to taking in stray animals…

My ability to integrate easily in foreign communities has provided me with the confidence to anticipate and even enjoy challenges abroad – a capability that could only benefit my future endeavors. While my experience has given me a good understanding of the IT services industry, what I lack are skills in business management. An MBA would be an effective forum for garnering such skills. What I also expect from an MBA is…

When it comes to my education my short-term goal is to finish out this school year and maintain my current GPA. I find it easier to motivate myself each day if I have set in stone grade goals in mind. My long-term education goal is to finish my Associate of Applied Business degree in spring 2017 and my Associate of Arts degree in spring of 2018. I have enough classes and credit hours to finish a second associate degree in two part-time semesters. My short term career goal is to continue where I am until I graduate and learn as much as I can from those around me. I find that the people around me at my current jobs are very intelligent and it would be wasteful of me to not learn what I can from them before I move on. My long-term career goal…

My long-range career goals are to produce research on African-American women artist as it related to gender, racism, sexism and equality, produce scholarly literature and conduct scholarly presentations, and teach on a collegial level. In addition, I plan to continue this research to include women artists of the African Diaspora living in Central and South America, Africa and Europe. These women are also excluded from the history books and the classroom. However, I only can presume their experiences of gender, sexism, racism and inequality are similar to Africa-American woman artist living in the United…

My professional goals are as a License Professional Counselor licensure, and with that, work with women in crisis, specifically with unplanned pregnancies, teenage pregnancies, human trafficking survivors, and domestic abuse survivors. I have a great appreciation for lay counseling in the church, and the many ways in which the church of Jesus Christ has been caring for souls for millennia. I would like to receive my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling because I believe counseling is something God has called me to as a profession, and as such I believe receiving a high degree of theological and scientific training is essential to excellence in the field. Specifically, I would like to study at Liberty University because I believe it offers the best integration of faith and academics that I have seen. Currently, I am finishing my undergraduate in Psychology-Christian Counseling through Liberty’s online program, and I was impressed at the quality of the counseling program. Counseling is somewhat of a unique field to study as a Christian, because of the animosity generated from the secular psychology field towards Christianity, and vise versa. Having studied psychology at a previous university, I was somewhat disappointed at the approaches I saw to solving this paradox:…

I have not decided on a specific major that I would like to pursue in college, but I do know that I plan on attending medical school after college. As an adult, I would like to be a pediatrician. I have strongly considered majoring in neuroscience, because I find the discipline to be fascinating, but I have also considered other biology/chemistry/physics majors. When I was younger, I wanted to go into law, like my father. However, I realized as I got a little older that what appealed to me about a career in law was not the thrill of a trial or the arguing, but rather the potential to help other people. Given that science-related classes and activities have always been my favorite, I have decided that a career in medicine is more fitting for my interests and life goals.…

Everybody designs goals in their lives, some you pursue, others you commence and something happens or you grow unenthusiastic and by no means complete. Then additional goals appear so far fetched you deem there is no feasible means that you will ever accomplish them, as a result you in no way get underway with it. This happens to many of us at different times in our lives. The only way that one will learn to set goals that they plan to accomplish is to actually start the goal and finish it. However, one must feel a purpose for setting forth to accomplish their goals. Without purpose no one will ever accomplish what they design for their future.…
