“Improving Patient Satisfaction”
Explain how your will.
a. prepare before the meeting
I will prepare the details with the objective, agenda, and roles that will take place during the meeting on “Improving Patient Satisfaction”. I will prepare a power point to help show what I need to discuss during the meeting so everyone can follow along or take notes. I will also send a note to all the members needed to attend the meeting with the details of date, time, location and purpose for the meeting. Since the purpose of the meeting is to discuss ideas from members involved the note will inform give them direction to come prepared with personal ideas to discuss. I think this will help eliminate time spent to think of ideas during the meeting and focus on decisions of the ideas we can list to complete the objective.
b. participate during the meeting
During the meeting, I will start on time to explain the agenda and rules during discussion while sharing ideas. Everyone will have an understanding of the purpose and rules, this will help to end on time while making a final consensus decision. When sharing ideas I will ask for members to share their thoughts. At this time I am also listing the ideas that most members agree to.
c. follow up after the meeting
After the meeting I will print or email a copy of the meeting. This will include the agenda I created and discussed in the meeting. Lastly this form will have all the ideas by each member and a final description of the change that we voted to make to help improve patient satisfaction.
