A Strong business Leader
When you look for a leader there are qualities that your leader must have. A person who doesn't give up on their dream and has the ability to influence the people they work with to achieve a goal.
The person who I feel is a good business leader is and has changed the way not only America people but the world is Walt Disney.
Walt Disney was born December 5, 1901 in Hermosa Illinois. He began drawing, painting and selling his pictures to his neighbors and family friends. Walt Disney dropped out of high school and tried to join the army but the army didn't not take him because he was just only 16 years old. He joined the American red cross where they sent him to France to drive an ambulance for a year.

Walt Disney choose to premiere snow white and the seven dwarfs in los Angeles California. This movie produced 1.499 million dollars. This movie not only set records for the highest grossed for a movie at this point in time it also won a total of eight Oscars awards. Walt continued to make movies his next movies were Pinocchio, fantasia, dumbo and bambi. Walt Disney with all this fame he was getting from these movies Walt decide that he need a new campus for the Walt Disney studios. In December of 1939 a new campus was opened in Burbank the 51 acre lot where he would design a new modern studio set for animation.
Walt was finally on top of not only of the animation which made him famous but also with full length movies to. The Walt Disney company would have another setback that the business wouldn't recover for 10 years. The Disney Company had employed 1200 employees they were unhappy with the company direct they decide to go on strike. When Walt finally resolved the strike most of his employees had moved to different companies and 694 employees came back to work.
In 1950 Walt decided to go back to what had made him famous so early in his career animation. Cinderella was first aminted film that changed his luck he followed this by alike wonderland ,peter pan, lady in the tramp, sleeping beauty and 100 Dalmatians. He shot his first live action film called treasure
