On 04-02-2016 at approx. 0245 hours in the 10 block of NE 60 RD, I observed a vehicle driving southbound in the 500 block of NE 10 AVE, Great Bend, Barton County Kansas. I attempted to catch the vehicle in order to log the license plate. I caught up to the vehicle in the 300 block of NE 10 AVE. When the vehicle, a 2001 black Chevrolet Silverado pickup, bearing Kansas license plate 432CIG, came to a stop at the southbound stop sign at NE 30 RD, I was able to have dispatch run the license plate. The license plate returned to an adult white female, known to me as Michelle R Dearmore. Pawnee County District Court Warrant #2014CR194 for Failure to Appear; No Bond Rush County District Court Warrants #14CR45 and #14CR46 for Failure to Appear; No Bond

Dearmore was served copies of all warrants and the citation.

I explained the citation and the court date to Dearmore. As I was explaining the citation to Dearmore, Dearmore asked if he could get a warning for the driving while suspended. I told Dearmore I was issuing a verbal warning for the traffic infraction and a citation for Driving While Suspeded. Dearmore stated he wanted to file a complaint against me. I told Dearmore he could file a complaint with the Sheriff or Undersheriff Monday through Firday, 8am to 5pm. Dearmore said, "That works for me."

At approx. 0409 hours, I cleared from the call.
