ame Warden is a risky job and most are not up to the challenge. In this paper we will be going over what the job is and what you will need for it. In it you must protect the nation’s wildlife from such illegal activity as poaching, trapping, and falconry and assist visitors at federal, state, and local parks. As a Game Warden you keep a close watch on fish and wildlife, looking for changes, such as pollution, to their environment. Fish and game wardens investigate criminal behavior related to fish and wildlife, write reports, make arrests, gather evidence, interview suspects and witnesses, and may be called to testify in court. They also assist other law enforcement groups when wildlife (such as cougars, bears, or coyotes) wander into residential areas. Fish and game wardens may also help during search and rescue operations.…

E-waste is legal however the dumping of e-waste over a certain quota becomes illegal (Elliott 2012). Both legal and illegal pollutants cause environmental harm, however only illegal pollutants are considered a crime. The ambiguous nature of identifying legal or illegal waste causes challenges in controlling environmental crimes.…
Commercial fishing and overfishing is a big problem to the aquatic animals in the world. In 1968 a cod (type of fish) catching industry got a highly industrialized fishing vessel, and was able to catch from about 500,000 to 800,000 tons of codfish in Labrador and the Grand Banks of Newfoundland. In the 10 years to follow the cod population decreased to the point that, the amount of spawning cod out of Newfoundland in 1977 was a 94 percent drop from the amount in 1962. Another type of fish population to decline due to overfishing is the American shad. In Georges Bank on 1850 the halibut fish species almost went extinct due to overfishing and commercial fishing they still just kept on fishing. The fishing got so bad that the United States had to pass the Magnuson Act which…
