In “Translations”, Brian Friel highlights the powerful way language can impact people’s identity and culture, as demonstrated in the small rural town of Baile Beag, Ireland. Friel connects language to political issues regarding the invasion of Ireland by the British, exposing the unbridgeable gap between two different cultures; also he uses symbolism with cultural identity. The narration of the play is in English and Gaelic, providing the reader with an understanding of the language barrier with the two different dialects, which imposes division between the two nations. Translations allows for communication between the two nations, though meaning can also be lost in translation.…

This report’s introduction matches the description of the work space and the importance of training in legal translation with using a mastery of English language. Therefore, What power does English language have in legal issues sourced from the Moroccan regulations and laws or the reverse of the same? The report can also be an occasion to reiterate aspects of success and failure at performing certain tasks. while translating legal issues from English to Arabic or Arabic to English, the laws of the two languages have different features, exigencies and provisions. This could be much clearer with some legal documents, which I have received from the lawyer’s cabinet, skimmed and enfolded in this report. For more specification, a five week’s training at least offers the trainee (me) a fresh breath to know and realize the work life with all the tasks I undergo and the findings I come out with. In the past 15 years people's attitudes to certain things have changed gradually but profoundly. We have gotten so used to these new attitudes that it's hard to believe it hasn't always been like this.…

My internship experiences start from the snapshot task for "SIZE" magazine practically. But there wasn't a definite contract at that time, I just took over from one of my friend and photographed modern persons on the street to show the trend of fashion in Hong Kong. I have got the joy of meeting different kinds of people, talking to them and recording their sparkling moments. And speaking of my very first internship, I'm honored to translate an architectural book called "World Architecture in China" for Joint Publishing.…
