Secondly, Caleb should emphasis on the goals and main objective of the company, giving the staff members a better and clearer understanding on what is going on in the company that they are working in. Thirdly, is to study about what is the role of the staff members in the casino. Not understanding their roles can lead to problems such as training them irrelevant things that are not going to be applied in their daily duties. Last but not least, Caleb should make the training more interactive and fun. Getting feedback during the training on how the staff members feel about the training, if there are some problems rectify it immediately. Just make sure that the members are happy about their training. As an independent consultant hired to improve retention issues at JC’s Casino concerning dealers and housekeeping I will look at this as two separate entities. The casino owner needs the quickest fix possible and I must look at the area first causing the most issues with the customers. Though there is a fast turnover of dealers there are enough employees to cover this area for the time being.
