Task Context:
You are to create a short film about one of Jesus’ parables.
Your presentation must identify and interpret the key themes of your chosen parable, and explain how it is relevant to the everyday lives of your peers.

Task description:

Individually, or with a partner, you are to create a short film that presents ONE of Jesus’ Kingdom parables to an audience of your peers. Your film must identify and interpret the key themes of your chosen parable, explaining how it is relevant to their everyday lives.
1. Select a parable that Jesus used to teach about the Kingdom of God, for example:
The Parable of the Weeds - Matthew 13:24-30
The Parable of the Mustard Seed - Matthew 13:31-32
The Parable of the Yeast - Luke 13:20-21
The Parable of the Hidden Treasure - Matthew 13:44-47
The Parable of the Growing Seed - Mark 4:26-29
The Parable of the Ten Bridesmaids - Matthew 25:1-13
The Parable of the Unforgiving Servant - Matthew 18:23-35
The Parable of the Talents - Matthew 25:14-30.
