Summary:
In my first section (Introduction), I explain my work responsibilities in the Waterberg district municipality / disaster management as a Control room operator and my departmental mission, vision and objectives.
As I proceed to the second section (Body of the report), under the interventions and recommendations, I explained the necessity of the four functions of management when starting any business, private or public organisation and dealing with a supervisory management skills problem. I further stated the duration in which it took me in researching for my assignment.
I also added in the second section, the statement of the problem, what was the course of the problem and the way forward in the interventions and recommendations where I went on explaining the problem in my workplace in detail and the statements clearly opposing the problem (e.g. the Waterberg district municipality / disaster management Organogram opposing the problem) and by also quoting in some other different management text books, phrases which will make the reader to clearly understand my views on the problem if only things were different like I explained them to be in my report.
A report it is never ended if it does not have a conclusion in it. In my conclusion I tried to show that managerial skills make a difference especially in the departmental section (i.e. Finance, HR department, Traffic or Fire department) you, as a supervisor studied for. In my case, more practical work is exposed to. I also showed that best supervisors build a good supervisor in their employees. 1. Introduction:
I am employed at the Waterberg District Municipality in the Waterberg Disaster management department under the office of the Municipal Manager as a Control Room Operator. I work very close with my three colleagues, whom together, our duties are to: a. Executes procedural applications associated with the operations of the Control room. b. Receiving, responding and / or transferring

    Potential advantages and challenges associated with communicating within the organization and with the public and private sectors during this crisis situation.
