Samsung Group Samsung group is a multinational company in South Korea. The company has its headquarters in Samsung town Seol. The company comprises of several subsidiaries and other affiliated businesses (Michell 2010, 89). Most of these subsidiaries go beneath the Samsung brand. Some of its notable subsidiaries include Samsung electronics, Samsung heavy industries, Samsung C&T and Samsung engineering. Some of the products of the company include computers, air conditioners, digital televisions, and other electronics.
Key stakeholders of Samsung Company The key stakeholders of Samsung company shareholders pr investors, customers, employees, the government, the community, and suppliers. Customers form a very important stakeholder to the Samsung Company. The customers form the economic basis of the company. The company’s economic growth depends on the customers. Samsung therefore strives to produce high-quality products in order to enhance customer sales. Shareholders and investors, on the other hand, ensure business operations and continued growth of the company takes place through capital investment. The company strives to develop loyalty of its investors through expanding and protecting the shareholders and investors’ assets and by distributing profits fairly.
The products provided by suppliers form a crucial factor that determines the quality of the products of the company (Michell 2010, 45). The company has always supported its suppliers in order for them to gain competitive advantage in the global market. Employees are the most valuable asset to any company and are the ones that determine its success. The company has always motivated its workers by rewardi their hard work and by building a conducive working environment that ensures that the worker’s capabilities are enhanced. The community also forms an important part of the company because it provides the
