Summarise The Difference Between Equality, Diversity And Inclusion
The term inclusion means a secure, accepting, collaborating and stimulating environment in which everyone is valued, as the foundation for the highest achievement for all pupils. Making everyone feel inclusive is a legal requirement in an early years setting, so displaying inclusiveness encourages all the students to achieve their best. Support staff have an essential role to play in promoting and supporting an inclusive setting.
Inclusion is when race, religion, gender, age, cultural background don't get in the way. There is no barrier of inequality, inferiority and discrimination.
