Statement Of Purpose: Coast Guard Counterintelligence
There are a number of different reasons why I want to be in Coast Guard Counterintelligence. As an intelligence specialist for the Coast Guard, I have spent countless hours working in many different fields of intelligence from Intelligence Watch Analyst, Military Linguist, Maritime Intelligence Support Team Member, and Targeting Analyst. Each job has brought its own lessons, challenges, and opportunities. I view Counterintelligence as another such opportunity and challenge where I will gain new experiences and abilities through focused mission work. As a watch stander for MIFC LANT, I have worked on multiple products utilizing basic problem solving skills and critical thinking to draft, create, and briefs many of the diverse products produced
