Social Work Swot Analysis
Strengths:

Chris greets the client in a polite and a professional tone.

He does a great job offering empathy up front to assure the client he will assist with getting access to the package.

Great job asking digging deep questions to gain a better understanding of where the client is located in the account and guiding her to the correct area to locate her account information.

He also uses descriptive verbiage to help describe the icons to click on to guide her appropriately.

Chris is helpful in explaining the access that she would have by signing into her own account and locating the documents there.

Once the client is able to access her account. He inquires further if there is any other assistance needed and the call ends politely.
