Proud of Myself
I am proud of the fact that I attended every airshow this season enjoying the amazing aircraft while assisting in whatever job I was assigned. This year those jobs happened to be crowd control on the flightline. I am especially proud of the achievement of reaching one of my very long term goals of buying a car. I had been saving since I was REALLY young. I am planning to take – and pass – my road test to become a licensed driver this October. I made Varsity football this year. I am proud of attending and graduating NY Wing Encampment this summer. I worked really hard, had a great time, and made a lot of new friends from across the state.

Needs Improvement
I understand that I need further improvement in the areas of professionalism and maturity. I see that while I can be exceptionally mature in some areas, others are lacking. I also would like to see growth in those areas as I am halfway through high school and looking towards college. I am aware that I need to improve on my organizational skills. I need to improve my essay writing skills as I often list things abruptly rather that expound and explain.

    In English I wrote a letter to my parents were I was not good at writing and speaking.
