This ability, allows people to feel safer to exercise their natural rights like their lives and the pursuit of happiness. This right is guaranteed to us by the second amendment and shall not be infringed. Public shootings can be deterred by people with concealed carry weapons. The more people with concealed carry licenses the more unlikely shootings are likely to occur. The average emergency call time is 11 minutes, that is far too long.A study by John R Lott Jr,. phD conducted a 19 year study when the conceal carry law was passed from 1977-1995 the number of multiple victim shooting dropped by 84%, Deaths from these shootings also dropped to an astonishing 90%.
