Personal Health and Wellness Plan
Keeping ourselves healthy is not an easy thing to do, but there is a need to do it due to unhealthy bodies can get attacked by many illnesses. Health is defined as a “state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity” (Business Dictionary (nd). In this paper I will be discussing three aspects that I will be working on that will help me become a healthier person.
Even though, my weight is pretty much where it needs to be, I still have to stay on top of what I eat and stay physically active to maintain it and stay healthy as I age. I have hypothyroidism which thanks to my Physician it has been under control for many years, but in order to keep it that

Just like everyone else, I go through many stressful situations in my personal life daily. I have set some goals which I am hoping I can actually go through with. My first goal is to start giving away some responsibilities to others in the household. Unfortunately, as a mom I tried to take care of everything, from making dinner, washing dishes, and taking out the trash. I have a full time job and take classes online as well which as it is puts a lot of stress on me. I have already talked to everyone in my house and explain that things need to change and they all need to start helping out. Another goal is to get more sleep. With all the responsibilities it is very hard for me to get to bed early, and even fall asleep right away. That being said, I need to work on disconnecting myself from work and school once I go to bed. The last goal is to make more time for myself. My plan is to make time to be alone with partner and do things that we both enjoy especially now that both of kids are grown and can take care of themselves. These changes might be hard, but I know that they will be beneficial for me as they will boost by happiness and well-being as

    Most people will think of physical wellness as how they are feeling, whether they are sick, tired, or injured in some sort of way.
