During the beginning of the movie Gary was agreeing with his mom on not having anything to do with the black race, Gary didn’t even want to play his favorite sport with blacks. Gary was in his dorm with his white friends and he got in a fight with a black for a very small reason. Gary getting in a fight with a black for a very small reason, showed the person watching that he had something against blacks such as not liking them. During the movie I noticed that Gary is never with blacks everytime he is with someone they are white. Gary only ever hanging out with whites show that he does not want anything to do with the blacks. If I were to be accepted into Thomas Dale’s prodigious Program of the Performing Arts, I would be delighted, not only because I would be able to express my passion for the violin but I could also mingle with the numerous amount of others who possess similar interests as mine. This fall I well be attending sul ross to major in business. I have to thank everyone of my teachers for pushing me to the max to get my job done. The one teacher that made me the one I am today was coach green .he has been my coach for all four years he never gave up on me even when I was in my worst mind set. Coach green kept me playing football by always helping me one on one with anything I needed . He pushed me even if I didn’t want to do anything but I am happy he would not give up on me . I always keep this poem and picture in my wallet. I take it everywhere with me because it means quite a lot to me in two very different ways. One of those ways is because it holds sentimental value.
