Papa John’s has been known for the quality and freshness of their ingredients. Papa John’s needs to drives home this added cost is the so worth that you are getting for. Our society has become a food industry that is flooded with frozen and processed foods. We cannot even pronounce half of the stuff in our food anymore. Additives have been added to our foods to save cost and we the customer have fell victim to this. Papa John’s needt to heavily promote to the customer the excellent quality of their ingredients. Making sure customers know that every pizza crust is fresh dough, never frozen. Also that Papa John’s only uses fresh tomato sauce from the vine to the can in an average of six hours. In addition all the cheese on the pizza is made with 100% mozzarella, 100% real beef and pork. By focusing on and advertising these existing strengths Papa John’s can add a lot of pressure to the competition. …show more content…
The price of Papa John’s pizzas is one of the first things noticed by the customers. In today's marketplace no matter what the product is when a company begins sacrificing at the customers expense people take notice quickly. This is when the customer thinks they would be willing to pay a little more in the price to be happy about their purchase. This is when Papa John steps in and reminds us all that they have been number one three years in a row in customer satisfaction.

Papa John’s pricing is a little bit higher but not the highest amongst pizza joints. In order to compete they need to offer specials and advertise them heavily to get foot traffic through the door. Online ordering is another growing trend amongst pizza places. If Papa John’s can cash in on this they may move up in the pizza store ranks. By focusing on the core values of the company, building on their strengths, looking at their weaknesses, and taking advantages of their opportunities Papa John’s will continue to be

    Our pizza came out looking like a soggy, colorless, depressing piece of bread. The bread of the pizza was so soggy, it seemed as if the pizza was drenched in water which did not help the taste of the pizza at all.
