Although there have been many good things happening to Little Caesars in the past decade there are still things missing from the brand. There is little to no online presence, which could potentially attract a whole new group of consumers. Little Caesars competitors are also light years ahead of them when it comes to having the company online. Competitors are at an advantage over Little Caesars when it comes to brand awareness. Although Little Caesars is a well-recognized brand, due to the lack of online presence and dated websites it can’t keep up with pizza powerhouses like Pizza Hut and Domino’s.…

A buddy is there to give key information to someone who is unsure to give them a better understanding on the organisation and its procedures. A buddy is mainly used when a new member of staff joins an organisation. They are required to explain all organisational processes and procedures. This can include fire procedures, bomb procedures or health and safety procedures. They also need to ensure that they are giving advice on where members of staff are able to go to get additional help and advice. At Havering, our staff is advised to go to our HR team for any additional help. Buddies are a point of contact that need to ensure that they are providing the correct support, advice and guidance to help their colleague adapt and learn as much as possible. It is important that one to one meetings are held so that the progress can be checked and any questions can be answered. This information needs to be kept between the Buddy and their colleague only. When I first started working for the London Borough of Havering, my manager was my buddy. She would help me pick up on the jobs that we completed on a day to day basis as well as providing…

There are a number of bases on which Papa John’s differentiates itself, many of which are interrelated. First and foremost is Papa John’s offering of a higher-quality pizza, which not only allows them to differentiate on the basis of a product feature (i.e. the high quality ingredients used in the pizza), but, even more importantly, on the basis of reputation. While most other pizza chains have their sights set on more of a cost-leader/low-price strategy, and make an less genuine statement of quality, Papa John’s entire organizational culture is focused squarely upon the pursuit of “better ingredients, better pizza”. This commitment has in turn endeared it to customer base, and has resulted in a long string of high customer satisfaction ratings.…

    Papa Johns Study Case

It shouldn't have to be shared, but Papa Johns exists pretty strongly within the fast food environment. Power of buyers is high, substitutes are readily available, etc. Now, to explain their current strategy. Papa Johns, through their efforts, have allowed them to rise to having 6% of the market they exist in, but generally still pale in comparison to Pizza Hut and Dominos. However, their strategy that they've picked for themselves seems to be working for their environment. Their strategy being that they promote themselves as a 'premium' pizza, with superior quality and an attention to customer's details. They've also differentiated themselves by having partnerships with larger corporations such as Coca-Cola and their suppliers. This is a key point. By having contracts with their suppliers, such as the quarterly contract with their cheese suppliers, keeping prices stable at all times is a very easy task, while the other pizza places will often have to vary their prices throughout the year. However, one mistake that has been coming up that they don't match the environment, has shown that they have tried placing too many stores too quickly. They've had to shut down several underperforming stores within the past year, which shows that trying to forcefully expand their market share into areas that already have strong brand loyalty with other competitors is not the answer. Their recent partnership to be the pizza sponsor of the Superbowl over the past three years is a correct way. This allows people to get a cheap 'premium' pizza and try and understand it's superiority.…

Prices and deals promoted on the brochure should be upheld in - store. Although there is a small footer at the bottom of the back page which warns that, "All prices & times were correct when we inscribed this menu in March 2013. Prices & Times may vary without notice." By stating this, they are indicating that their prices and times may change, so the reliability of the information displayed on the brochure is very low as Hells Pizzas have informed the customer that prices may change unexpectedly. But since they stated that prices may change, Hells Pizza are not infringing on the 1986 Fair Trading Act which states that it 's illegal to make false claims about a service. The small script is always the most important part to read. Another thing I should point out is that Hells Pizza claims that they have Gluten Free products. Yet, on the back of the brochure there 's another warning saying that, "Gluten Free Products are prepared on the same premises as flour products," which reinforces the fact that gluten free products may have gluten in them. So if there was flour in a gluten free product, they won 't be held responsible because there was a warning on the brochure, therefore Hells Pizzas are still obliging to the Fair Trading…
