Nursing Supervisor Reflection
I am a nursing supervisor and this course helped me to better understand and collaborate with other nurses and what nurses lacking. Only a low percent of hospital board members are nurses and a majority are physicians. I believe nurses need to prepare themselves for leadership positions and get involved in committees, boards, and other influential positions. Taking relevant graduate courses can help, but we need to further improve our skills by serving in the community or nonprofit
