I have always been the person who would step up to lead in group projects, difficult situations, and doing good for common causes. Yet, I know how to step down and let other people lead that might be better for the position. When accomplishing things, I like to go above the expectations, as I have by only turning in my best work, putting others above myself when appropriate, and advocating to make a good impression. I have two younger sisters that I strive to be a good role model for. I am a counselor at a summer camp that requires an ATC (Aide Training Course) that I have attached a copy to the back of this paper.
