Abstract
It is vital for a manager to understand and know how to provide motivational methods. Every individual is different and they all have strengths in different skills. As a manager it is important for me to recognize each employee and apply motivational methods that would benefit each employee as an individual. The three motivational techniques that I would use would be employee motivation through job rotation, job enlargement and job enrichment.

Motivational Methods
As a manager, I believe that taking the time and understanding the different strengths in each employee will give me the determination to what motivational methods and techniques will benefit them as individuals. By having this evaluation of each employee I can determine what will motivate them the most. I have found that by using job rotation, job enlargement and job enrichment has made huge impacts in increasing the motivation within all the employees at my health care facility.
. Without motivation, it can lead to an increased dissatisfaction and decrease in productivity. This is why it is important that all employees stay motivated with the health care facility. The benefits from job rotation, job enlargement and job enrichment are increasing high. By applying these methods and techniques, it will motivate the employees to achieve the goals in the entire department.
Employee Motivation
Because of the recession and how our economy has taken a down spiral is has lead the employees to become non-motivated in the work force. It is vital for myself to develop motivational methods and techniques to reenergize the staff and have them engage more at work.
Job Rotation
By providing the employees with job rotation, it will give each employee a chance to learn a new skill; they will also become more flexible and knowledgeable about all aspects of the facility. Quite a few people achieve boredom when they have been in
