Annual Reports
Navy Federal: Navy federal annual report reflects all the great changes they have made thus far in this year. In March, we welcomed the Coast Guard and their families into our field of membership. We are excited and proud to serve this honorable branch of the U.S. armed forces, who give so much of themselves for our nation every day. To continue delivering outstanding member service, we announced in April an expansion of our operations in Pensacola, Fl., bringing new building construction and 1,500 new jobs to the region, with more to follow. We look forward to growing our presence in Winchester, Va. this fall with the opening of a new office building that will accommodate an additional 450 new employees. From a national perspective, we 've been carefully watching the potential impact of sequestration on the U.S. armed forces and our members. We understand how challenging these times can be, and we 're here to help. Despite such challenges, we 're excited to see that the economy is showing positive signs of growth. Home sales are rebounding, and the stock market is thriving. If you or your family have been considering a purchase like a new home or car, be sure to take a look at our great offers, like our low auto loan rate. We continue to offer some of the best rates nationwide for both savings and lending products. As always, we extend our heartfelt thanks to you for being a part of the Navy Federal family. With your help, we look forward to making 2013 another great year.
Bank of America: We have narrowed our focus to concentrate on the businesses and services that matter most to our customers and clients. We divested more than $60 billion of assets in noncore activities with no meaningful impact to core earnings and large improvements to capital ratios and liquidity. We continue to reduce risk throughout the company while maintaining a strong
Annual 3 risk management culture. Credit risk measurements continued to improve in 2012. Loss
