A time I used sequence and precise was when I first started my job as a medical assistant. I had never done this job before. So I wrote down everything I was being shown. I also wrote down step by step directions on how to do things in the computer and what to do with each patient. I would ask questions over and over to clarify that I was doing it correctly. When I was being told how to do things I would ask for explanations as to why we did things a certain way. This helped me a lot when patients would ask me why we do certain things. I asked a lot of questions about what we did and now I am able to explain to patients why they are on certain medications or why we are asking to do certain tests. I definitely switched between the two of these during the training process. I feel more comfortable when I am organized and doing things step by step while working.…
