Executive Summary:

Communication is one of the major roles to improve the quality of the work where diversity exists. Infosys established some procedures to reduce the affect of the diversity in the company. Company has introduced different programs to reduce the conflict and differences among diversified employees. But still company international teams are not taking into confidence while making decisions. This increases dissatisfaction among employees and also attrition in the company.

This paper discussed about what are the challenges company facing in communication and also solutions/recommendations for improving communication between employees. Especially it gives recommendations about introducing new social media networks, ongoing training and workshops to understand more about diversity, continuous check to answer dissatisfaction and conflicts among employees, setup more common rules to have effective communication with cross cultural people.

Introduction:

Infosys is second biggest Software consulting company in India. Infosys has established its offices all over the world. It provides services to all five continents North America, South America, Asia, Australia and Africa. Infosys hired people all over the world and they have to work together on daily basis. Company employees also need to work with clients who come from different backgrounds. Infosys facing challenges in terms of gender, national origin, physical ability, parental status and work experience.

Diversity is one of the reasons for having dissatisfaction among employees. Attrition rate is increasing in the company. International teams are having people all over the world. Work needs to be distributed among them. Communication plays major role to complete the
