Tourists’ Satisfaction on
Bura Soda Water Park

(Research Abstract)

Purpose & Methodology This study aimed to determine the tourists’ satisfaction on Bura Soda Water Park. Specifically, the study sought answer to the problem:
1. What is the level of tourists’ satisfaction on Bura Soda Water Park?

The hypothesis guided the researcher in the conduct of the study:
1. The tourists’ are moderately satisfied of the Bura Soda Water Park.
The questionnaire as the primary tool in gathering data was administered to (20) respondents from Bura Soda Water Park. The weighted mean was used to quantify the responses.

Findings
Level of Satisfaction on the Bura Soda
Water Park as perceived by tourists.

It was generally revealed that the tourists’ were much satisfied in Bura Soda Water Park with a total average weighted mean of 3.61. Among the qualities that the Bura Soda Water Park has for the tourists, it revealed that the “Feeling of security and safety from crime, including availability of health services” obtained the highest weighted mean of 4.23. On the other hand, the “Standard of transport services in the destination” obtained the lowest weighted mean of 2.93.

Introduction This beautiful volcanic island, lying off the north east coast of Mindanao, offers another extraordinary treat to tourist. BURA SODA WATER PARK is a pool filled with natural streaming soda water it has great scenery over the fields as its cold water provides a refreshing splash to bathers and picnickers. The Soda Water Swimming Pool is located in Sitio Lumad Barangay Bura, Catarman Camiguin, and 30 minutes away from Mambajao. The water park has two big pools made up carbonated water sprouting up from the ground.
In today’s fast pace generation many tourist destination are existing which includes manmade and natural attractions that most tourist are seeking for offering leisure, adventure, amusement and medical services for

    Background In the events industry, it compromise of the collaboration between the event planners and clients who engaged the event company to run the event for them. With the presence of this research proposal, at a management perspective when measurement of guest satisfaction is being done, they are able to evaluate to what are the real important factors that their guest will be looking forward to or pressed upon.
