Idealized influence
Idealized influence is a leader can be trusted and respected, they have a high moral standard and the followers make them as a role model. The leader behavior can be from the follower and result a leader behavior. According to (Bass 1985, Avolio, & Goodheim, 1987 in Pradeep & Prabhu, 2011). Idealized influence meaning more concerns on formulation and articulation of vision and challenging of goals and motivating the employee and organization. In this dimension the leaders act as a role models whereby highly admired, respected and trusted by their followers (Voon et al, 2011). Driven by a philosophy that you can never give up on a child, Edith Robinson Christian Academy staff actively seeks out youth who have been thrown out of school, are unable to reach their full potential in a traditional school or are barred from other programs. This passionate organization helps them change their lives—and realize their full potential. I’m currently the owner but in 2013 I was the owner, Principal, teacher, cafeteria (cook), transportation, etc. whatever it took believe me I did it. Well this school year I have a staff; Principal, five teacher, two cafeteria worker, one security, two transportation driver, and myself the Director of Schools.
