Human Relations Management
Human relationships exist everywhere from our everyday lives to our dreams at night. Relationships can work very effortlessly or often become extremely complicated. The associations and general human interactions included in life will always affect the outcome of one’s destiny.
In the first story, “Father”, we see how the father changes his personality as he becomes older. In the beginning, the father portrays himself as a man with anger management problems, caused by the stress of supporting a family aided with his friends and their chokecherry wine. As the story progresses, the father’s image are illustrated as a roughneck, he trims his fingernails with a hunting knife, shaves every third day and chews snuff.
Large numbers of people have been doing work for a long time pyramids and many other huge monuments and structures were built; armies and governments were organized; civilization spread over vast territories. All these took organization and management. There are writings from antiquity that suggest that systematic approaches to management and organization did evolve and were transmitted to others. However, other writings similarly suggest that Human Relations is the best approach to manage the contemporary business organization. Organizations have to be managed and attempts have been made to generalize the analysis so that managers in organizations will be able to manage better. The Classical School of Thought focuses on efficiency and includes bureaucratic, scientific and administrative management. Ref: www.humanrelations.com
In today’s’ modern economy, there is a paradigm shift towards innovation. Employers today are looking at more innovative people as opposed to “mechanical” workers. Thus Human Relations working with Good Scientific Management will most benefit the contemporary business seeking to improve the overall competency of the company. Because of the pros and cons of Scientific Management and or Human Relations

    During those times, Jimmy learned not all of those relationships are great. Jimmy ‘s relationship with his parent is not like everyone expected. Father plays a significant part in the development of children. They play an essential role to help their kid to be successful from economic to emotional feeling.
