Any Company strives to provide a work environment that is conducive to both personal and professional growth of employees. The guidance provided in any HR manual may not be representative to all situations; however it is intended to provide guidance to employees for all the key areas. Any deviations required from the policies stated in a manual should be approved by the following departments/ personal: HR Manager/ CFO/ Chief Executive Directors. All employees should read, understand, and comply with all the provisions stated in an HR manual.
As any company continues to grow, the HR policies stated in the manual may need to be revised, or amended. Any update/ changes to a manual should be notified to the company’s employees by the HR Department.
A Company encourages all employees to bring to the attention of HR manager any issues which may need to be reconsidered within the scope of these policies.
P.S: Note that we will be using in this project a manual policy that is created by us (Rashed, Nujood, Mohammed, Ahmed, and Ahmed) also we used the support of an HR policy of a semi government company (confidential) to support us through this project.
