How To Be A Good Leader
Good morning everyone, everyone here have a potential to be a leader. You, you, you, and all of us here. Some of us maybe not realize that meaningful potential. But we don’t know, maybe someday we already see our friends here become one of the most successful leader in Indonesia maybe. We just don’t know our future yet. Become a leader is one of an honour, people will respect us. And here is some tips I wanna give you to become a good leader. First, have a self confidence self confidence was so important if you want to be a leader. Of course leader need to speak in public right? and self confidence was so useful for it. Second, have vision leaders have a plan of where they want to go and how they can intend to get there. They see the big picture, then create a strategic plan for achieving their goals. Third, make decisions leaders aren’t afraid to make difficult or unpopular decisions because they have confidence in their self. They know that indecision wastes their opportunities as a leader. Fourth, take risks leaders have the courage to act in situations where results aren’t assured. Don't always expect perfection. No one wins all the time. Leaders grow by making mistakes. A great leader is a person who can learn from their mistakes, and not make same mistakes at another time. Fifth, motivate others leaders can inspire people to work toward common goals and to achieve things they never thought they could do. Sixth, take initiative whatever you're trying to accomplish, you need to take control of your own destiny. To become a leader, you must first learn to lead yourself. Choose your work – don't let it choose you. Seventh, possess self-knowledge leaders know their own strengths and weaknesses and are able to view their behavior objectively. Eighth, pursue lifelong learning leaders have a desire to continually learn and grow and are open to new ideas. Ninth, help others succeed leaders empower others and go out of their way to help them
