20th Day (Wednesday) May 22, 2013
Today we go to work early; we just arrived at 9 am. We showed in the office for them to know that we come. After that we return, Jelly and I decided to buy in Chowking because we haven't yet eat breakfast but before we go downstairs, we informed Ma'am Thea. When we bought food, we went back to the office. We saw Sir Ariel, he greeted us and asked if how are we. Sir Ariel is a very good person, I feel very comfortable with him. He is so kind and considerate person.
After meals, we started to call again. We just call and call until we finish it. Ma'am Thea waited the list because she needs to email the resorts and hotels tomorrow. Me, Jelly and Ma'am daisy were the only at the office because Ma'am Meann, Ma'am Arianne, Sir Jon and Sir Billy went to Coron, Palawan yesterday. I don't know how long they will stay there.
Lunchtime. We ate lunch in Jollibee, after meals we returned to the office. We continued are doing while ago. We just simultaneously call them. Around 5:10 pm ate Izel and Kuya Jovic went in our office to say goodbye. They're going home. Sir Jet called us and told us to move there. When we got there Sir Jet taught us to issue tickets. First try is me, he taught the basic. At first I am little bit nervous but feel excited. It’s enjoyed while doing it. After me, jelly was next. Sir jet told me that tomorrow if there will be issuing tickets, we can issue those tickets.
Very enjoyed, happy and productive for this day. We left in the office at 7 pm.

21th Day (Thursday) May 23, 2013
This day I went to office at 10 am, a little traffic on the way. When we arrived, we were immediately gone to Ma'am Thea and we also greeted them good morning. She gave us the two cell phones and she said for the meantime we temporary response to the calls. Later on, the cell phone rang, jelly answered it. I also answered the next call, we alternate answering the calls. I have spoken quite rugged, she asked me the number of Batangas port, I told her to call 528-7000 but she said “why don't you give me the number”. I told her that we did not handle that. “Okay! Who's in the line?” she said scornfully. I gave my name but she still seems upset. I just did the right thing because there she should call. Thereafter, I thanked her.
Sir jet came to us and has given the paper, that’s the reports of which he issued tickets. We organized it and check one by one. We ate a late lunch, around 2 pm. After lunch we returned to the office. Ma'am Thea took those papers because there is some work for us. We call again the resorts and hotels because the other contacts are not yet claimed. I also organized the reports of Ma'am Marie, I filed it. Pretty much tired but its okay.
While we were doing something, we also answering the calls. After I organized the files, I helped jelly. Later on, Ate Izel ang Kuya Jovic come to us to say goodbye. They will go home. Sir jet called us and said we move to the office. When we arrived there, Ma'am Marie ordered me to go to Ma'am Marlene and gave the papers. After that, I returned to the office. While we’re not doing anything, I read the company profile of 2GO.
6:30 PM. Those others went home early. It’s just me, jelly and Ma'am Thea who left in the office. Around 7 pm we went home.

22th Day (Friday) May 24, 2013
Today we went to our work at 10 pm. We went immediately to the office to greet them good morning and get the list of the resorts and hotels. Ma'am Thea gave us the two cell phones. We started to do our works; I’m the one who's answering the calls while jelly is searching the contact numbers of the resorts and hotels on the internet. While no calls, I organized Sir Jet’s reports. I also searched that ticket that needs to attach.
After meals we just still answering phone calls. Around 5 pm we moved to other office because Ate Izel and Kuya Jovic were already left. This day was not that tiring day, we just answered phone calls and detached tickets.
We went home.
23rd Day (Monday) May 27, 2013 This day, we got arrived in office at 10 am. We directly went to Ma’am Daisy’s office, went we got there we saw all the Account Manager, they are already there. We don’t have a sit so we moved in where Ma’am Thea is there. We greeted them Good morning, we tell them that there’s no vacant sit in the other office. Sir Jet told us that Ma’am Thea and Sir Bruce were absent so we can sit on their chairs. We immediately get the cell phones on M’am Thea’s table and we turn on it. We answered the phone calls; Ma’am Marie gave me papers to organize it. Sir jet also gave me tickets to detach it. Suddenly, Ma’am Caryl asked us why is the cell phones are not turning on. She thought that the cell phones brought Ma’am Thea. She got angry; we don’t know what to do. After meals, Ma’am Marie ordered me to go to Ma’am Marie and gave some papers to her. When I got back to office she ordered me to type the ticket number and net amount of the ticket. Relatively much papers so my neck and back are painful. After I typed, I gave it to Ma’am Marie. I asked Sir Jet if when do we issue tickets, he said I can do it now. So he gave me the papers and taught me again. I started to issue tickets and I finish 150 lists of students. Sir Jet told me that I’m very fast to learn. I finish it faster. Ma’am Caryl gave us calendar; she said that she has kept it. We thanked to her. After I issued tickets, jelly was turn. After we issued tickets, we decided to go home. 8 pm we left the office.

24th Day (Tuesday) May 28, 2013 This day, we got arrived in office at 10 am. We are pretty much sad because this is our last day in our OJT. Sir Jet told us yesterday to wear our school uniform, because it’s our last day. But we didn’t wear school uniform because our shoes were broken so we decided to wear corporate attire. Our plan for today is to take pictures with them but the others were not in the office because they have their leave. Ma’am Thea and Sir Bruce were not in the office again, we get again the cell phones and turn it on. We just answer phone calls. Sometimes Ma’am Marie ordering me to go outside and gave some papers to other department. We can’t take pictures because they are not in the mood. We actually seen Ma’am Caryl got angry to Sir Jet because of misunderstanding. She yelled to Sir Jet, we are just quiet. After that situation of Sir Jet he sat on his chair and punched his table and suddenly goes outside. We are shocked of what he did. This was the first time we seen him like that, we’re slightly nervous. After that, Sir Jet was not in his mood, I’m afraid to approach him because of what had happened to him. After lunch, we just answered phone calls. At exactly 5 we prepared ourselves because Sir Jojo and we are going to Pier 4. We are very excited because at last we can see the new built Pier 4. When we got to Pier 4, the groups of Sir Jojo weren’t there; they said they will be late. The Pier 4 was a very big, and their convenience was very better. It has air conditioned and has a 3 Flat screen TV. There were also a Kids Play room, Smoking area for adults, Cafeteria, and Restroom for male and female. We waited them almost 4 hours. While waiting Sir Jojo treat us dinner, we’re so thankful. When they arrived we assist them and asked them courses are their taking, ‘because the students were divided into 2 by their course. We are very glad that we experience assisting them just like what we are doing in school. After that we went office to get our things. We left the office at 10:30 pm. That was a very happy and productive day. We’re relatively sad because this is our last day. We will miss them so much, but we are going to visit them next time.

As nurses, we encounter ethical situations everyday regarding patient care. How we handle these situations promote equality while seeking rationality. After reading the two case studies presented, I will discuss in my reflective journal how the ethical issues were presented, the steps taken in the decision-making process to ethically address the issues, the lenses used and how these lenses influenced the decisions made, and also how these can relate to the workplace. The Baird Decision Model is a five step process that guides us through that decision-making process when making ethical decisions.…

As I shut off the alarm I look at the clock: 4:30 AM. I jump into my car and drive to Vital EMS in Worcester for a fourteen-hour shift as an EMT. When I arrive at the central base my partner and I are quickly dispatched to the residence of a 50-year-old male for an unknown medical complaint. As we drive to the scene with lights and sirens, I know that it is imperative to remain calm and immediately begin to allocate tasks. Upon arrival, I rush out of the ambulance and grab the emergency response bag, an oxygen tank, and a defibrillator. We enter the residence and encounter the patient lying on the couch complaining of chest pain and presenting with an inadequate oxygen saturation and increased breathing rate. I immediately realize that he may…
