1.1. Setting The learning in most universities in Vietnam are not effective as desired by the student is still influenced by the traditional way of teaching and learning. Students are feel passive and bored as always to sit and take notes every day. But today some universities are applying for the student participating in extracurricular activities after classes at school to improve the effectiveness of teaching and learning. So some study is done to show the benefits of extracurricular activities. At the beginning of the twenty-first century, many colleges and universities have a broad educational mission to develop the "whole student." On college campuses, extracurricular involvement is a key tool in this personal development.
