Primark stakeholders Primark stakeholders are the people who are or have an interest in the company, meaning the costumers, their employees, the employees associations ,local and national communities ,the manufacturers, government and the parent company ABF.

Employees-within the company will need to notice a change in the working process and the employee get treat equal inside the company and the working environment . Also most employees would concerned about their future development inside the company.

Customers-is very important for the company because to have enough customers buying the company product to keep the business going ,most importantly customers would concerned about the quality of the product and

Government-they would probability focus on the amount of profit did the company make and have they follow the legal requirement for example, The company must submit your company Annual Return to Companies House accurately and before the deadline each year.
You must let Companies House know if any of the information it holds relating to your company changes at any time. This changes might be the names and addresses of company officials, a change to the company’s registered office address, These change can be done in the company house website. The financial legal parts is about the company must maintain accurate financial records at all time.(for example income statement ,balance sheet) The company must submit annual accounts to Companies House.

So based on these stakeholders the most important fact is the customer because without the customers the company would find it really difficulty to run and it would have a big possibilities to go

DONORS AND FUNDING SOURCES – Those who help in funding the operations of the non profit organization these people are there to help to find more donors to donate. And sometime they might find some sponsor to create an events . The program might call charity night to let more people chance to donate.

COMMUNITY – The surrounding community as a whole has a stake in how well a non-profit organization completes its mission and objectives. The community would even cares about the company for example the company has a bad record of using the profit in the wrong way the community would lose trust of the company and there might be less donators donate to the company this can be a huge effect for the company if the company have been caught.

EMPLOYEES & VOLUNTEERS – Employees and Volunteers provide services to keep the nonprofit running and are important stakeholders for nonprofit organizations. Most of the workers are volunteers inside BHF and the employees are mostly

Both non-profits and not-for-profits use the income of the organization to assist those that need it.
