Riordan Manufacturing Part 1
Riordan Manufacturing is an industry leader in its field and is committed to providing its employees and business partners with efficient and professional service. The hardware, software, and processes that make up Riordan’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS) pose a major obstacle to its continued success and aspiration of becoming a green company. In response to these challenges with its current HR systems, Riordan has initiated a project to plan for the upgrade and integration of its human resource systems. Riordan is hopeful that the proposed HRIS will be a major improvement by providing an integrated human resource information system that is scalable, maintainable, and upgradeable to grow with the company.
The simple fact is that Riordan Manufacturing must update its current HRIS. The method of maintaining records is not efficient and will quickly become a problem as the company grows. Addressing the problem in its infancy will reduce the cost of waiting until the current system fails or causes an HR related problem.
