Tuesday, March 14th, 2017 at approximately 6:20 p.m., I Detective L. Donegain received a call from Sergeant P. Orellano. I was advised an individual was located at 508 Langdon Street by his girlfriend dead. Sergeant P. Orellano advised me Detective J.T. Hall was on scene assessing the situation.
At approximately 7:01 p.m., I arrived at 508 Langdon Street and made contact with Officer Quick 165 who was the first Officer on scene. I was advised by Officer Quick that Barbara Mcneill is the girlfriend of the victim and called. I then conducted a walk-through of the residence. The victim was located in the rear bedroom, lying on the bed. I noticed the residence was unusually hot and two kerosene heaters. The victim was identified as Stacy Ray black
