Essay On Professionalism In The Workplace
“ How I demonstrate Professionalism as an employee of MBPS.”

Professionalism in the workplace is based on many factors, including how you dress, your attitude and how you communicate with others. Being professional is doing your tasks with genuine sincerity and willingness to perform, and maintaining good ethics.

Being in this industry I have been challenged with a lot of things, may it be personal or work-related stuff. I encountered series of escalations and people with diverse interests.

I have learned from my superiors that adhering and living up to your commitments drive you to your goals. Make sure that nothing is done to compromise the sensitivity of the records of the company or misuse it in any way. Showing respect to everyone, from the higher management, working staff and members, peers, security personnel and even a stranger in the elevator. This will give the organization and all its employees the feeling of safety and cooperation. The most important thing is to always maintain ethical conduct; this will ensure the trust that your company and your co-workers have given you will not waiver. Always have a positive outlook even in the darkest part or the lowest point of your day. I put a smile on my face and my best foot forward, creating a can-do attitude even during stressful situations.
