Eric Thomas’ motivational work has had a tremendous impact on the lives of young people, with this speech reaching 50 million views alone and counting since its accidental release in 2008. Its accidental release was nothing but opportunity, says Eric Thomas and his why in life comes all from opportunity. Eric Thomas was simply in a room full students with an amazing opportunity, and they just weren't taking it serious. Someone happened to have a video camera and used it for his thesis and put it on youtube. Almost two years after, the video was uploaded to youtube by a friend and went viral and that guy who recorded never used it for his thesis.
