* Introduction 1.1 The Idea
FBT (Fat Buster Takeout) is a fast-informal restaurant, serving fast, fresh, healthy grilled meats and vegetables. The restaurant layout will be a combination of McDonalds and American Dinner style. The first store location will operate out of Brentwood with an aggressive growth plan of one new store every 12 months. Due to the severity of expansion special concern must be paid attention to the number of employees, deliveries and organisation.
The Market
Our target market will be based around the times when food is eaten and therefore divided into sub-categories of families and individuals (professionals). Families will comprise the majority of dinner time business with individuals making up the majority of lunch time business. With families opting for a unique dining experience, as well as individuals requiring speedy yet healthy food FBT will provide these basic requirements whilst allowing the company to operate in a fast-casual niche of the restaurant industry, competing against fast food and traditional sit down restaurants.
Services and Products
FBT will provide what feels like an exclusive service to customers who will receive excellent customer care, encouraging repeat business. The menu will be
