Training Goals:
Memory Work
● Cadets will know the Cadet Oath, the Honor Code, and their chain of command up to the squadron level.
Drill
● Cadets will learn position of attention, parade rest, and basic facing movements.
Barracks
● Cadets will learn how to properly make their racks, roll clothes, and square away their wall lockers.
Flight Training Activities
FTA 1600-1645
○ 1600-1615- Introduce flight staff and FTOs
○ 1615-1645- Flight Commander teaches barracks prep

FTA/Dinner 1700-1830
While waiting for dinner: o Flight Sergeant will instruct Drill Positions of Attention o Facing Movements While in line to get into chow hall
● Memory Work

FTA 1845-1915
○ Barracks prep time
Flight Debrief 2015-2030
○ Remind who their flight staff is and what we are here for
○ Go over what they learned today (Drill and Barracks)
○ Inform of inspection
○ Reintroduce the “Encampment Standard”
○ Extra time: Barracks Prep

TRAINING GOALS:
Memory Work
● Cadets will know the definition of leadership and be very familiar with the Chain of
Command
Drill
● Cadets will learn the stationary movements o Dress Right/Left Dress o Present Arms o Count Off o Hand Salute o Eyes Right/Left
Barracks
● Cadets will have one complete item by inspection, this item will be close to standard, but not yet reaching it
Volleyball
● Cadets will learn rules and rotations of Volleyball
