So, to help the company boosts the employees’ morale and company image, we decided as a whole in management by collecting data from those that are directly responsible for or affected by the issues, the research should lead them to some resolution to fix the problems we are facing with the turnover in employees. Also, an employee’s intention to quit is impacted by abusive supervisor behavior and the interaction effects of organization brand and culture and self-esteem. Attrition also imposes high costs in terms of recruitment, training, retention and productivity (Mehdi, Raju, & Mukherji, 2012). Attrition management currently has become more important in the present business management where organizations always seem to be in scarcity of talent. As such Management should employ a better work life balance, performance based benefits, career development programs, etc. in order to manage attrition and nurtured talented workforce in the organization (Shukla, & Kumar, 2016). This is because abusive supervisor behaviors usually trigger higher rates of attrition; their ill-mannered behavior spreads like wildfire (Mehdi, Raju, & Mukherji, 2012). According to Gaan, (2007) employee job satisfaction will help to increase his/her possibility of staying on the job for a long time and managers should make efforts to maintain job satisfaction as part of the intervention measures aimed at boosting retention since “there is a direct link between job…

The company believes that the three main driving reasons for employees voluntarily resigning their positions are discontent with management (including the administration of policies), compensation and benefits package not being competitive enough and the perception/feeling of no career advancement. In order to pinpoint the areas that the employees feel the company is lacking, an Employee Satisfaction Survey has been designed. The Employee Satisfaction Survey has been designed to inquire how employees feel about the services being offered by the company ranging from the services being offered by the Human Resources Department to compensation and benefits package to management. This cross-sectional research gives the human resources department a snapshot of how current employees feel about the services the company offers to them. The initial survey has been designed with thirteen questions; each of which will collect quantitative or numeric data. For instance, to evaluate how the Human Resources Department is performing, the survey asks the employees if the human capital team responds to inquiries in a timely manner. Employees could respond to this particular question by choosing from five options/ranking: 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. Out of this ranking, the highest or most satisfied…

The report is on “ORGANISATIONAL STUDY AND ATTRITION ANALYSIS AT ADITYA BIRLA RETAIL LIMITED, BANGALORE”. This report is based on exhaustive analysis of ABRL’s recruitment system, training structure and working environment followed by interviewing the ex-employees. The analysis explains that employees are satisfied about the work environment and teams they are working in. The main element behind the current attrition rate at ABRL is the low compensation they are offered and personal setback they face due to long working hours and no arrangement of commutation by company. Also there is lack of employee engagement which makes employee lose interest in their job. It has been suggested to have more employee engagement programs that would help employees to know the company policies and career development options. ABRL should take feedback from the employees about the facilities in ABRL and improve them to satisfy employees to possible level.…
