What is your company 's history?
Einstein Bros Bagels was created in 1995 by the restaurant corporation Boston Chicken which is now called Boston Market. In 1997 they opened their 500th location and became the largest retail bagel company in the nation. As of right now there are more than 300 Einstein Bros locations in 27 states.
What is your product?
Einstein Bros is known for their freshly baked products such as bagels. However, they also sell sandwiches, salads, and coffee.

The competition strengths are larger in size, product diversity, and many locations to choose from, and name recognition. Einstein Bros can become larger and stronger by satisfying their customers, and give great quality in their food.
