Pursuing a career in nursing is rewarding and beneficial. As a nursing professional, we must be compassionated when providing patient care. The EDE scholarship offered by NUS will assist in the knowledge and skill set needed to become a professional nurse. As a professional nurse and integrating NSU College of Nursing core values, will permit me to impact the lives of the patients encountered. Overall, the EDE scholarship will assist with my career advancement and my profession as a license registered nurse.
